Englert, Grid Systems

The first poster design is by a company or sponsored by a company called creative commons. It was made in 2008 and the grid system is Axial. I really like this because of the diagonal line that leads your eye to the text. It's got a very smooth feel. The second poster design is by a group, or a member of a group called City on Fire. It was created in 2006 and uses the Axial and Radial grid systems. I like this because it goes with the grid system but at the same time it has a sloppy feel to it. The third poster design is by a guy named Tate Millerton. This was made in 2008 and it uses the transitional grid design. It fits well because the image is the main focus and that leads your eye to the bottom where the text is scattered, but still in some sort of order.
