This is an interview with a street artist in Barcelona named Tom14. He believes that the the streets belong to the people, not corporations and businesses, and his art shows that. He says graffiti is often associated with vandalism but what he creates is often beautiful and left for the people that live there to admire. The video follows him as he does some street art and also an exhibition in galery La Montana in Barcelona.
