I couldn't find who designed this poster but it was designed for the 2009 Grammy awards. The Grammy's top nominees were asked to name their 15 favorite songs from their lifetime. The song titles they chose were used to produce portraits of their faces. Other posters made included Stevie Wonder and Rihanna.
