I chose this one because when I first read the books back in middle school I remember being impressed by the way all the letters were combined in a legible yet foreign looking way. This is the monogram/logo for J R R Tolkien and the Tolkien Estate. the Tolkien Estate controls the copy write on all of J R R Tolkien's work. I can't find a designer for the logo anywhere, it wouldn't surprise me if J R R Tolkien created it himself. I will update this post when I find more information.

Dix - Lettermark
