I am debating over which typeface is more appropriate for the Lammmermoor opera. I like both, but I think Futura is more attention grabbing and has better readability.

The serif on seems to be more formal. The problem is that you don't have a significant variance in bold and light especially on the left side. Work on hierarchy on the left side.
