The image that I was trying to create was a figure (me) sleeping soundly while her mind is racing with things that she needs to do the next day. I like the contrast between the steady pattern of the figure and the random movement of the "thought bubbles." I used Garamond Italic for my font because I thought it gave the image a very dreamy and atmospheric feel.

I appreciate how beautiful the silhouette of the woman is, but without reading your story, I didn’t understand it. Those bubbles remind me of either being underwater or soap bubbles. Also the upside down looking exclamation mark doesn’t convince me that you are asleep. Maybe if you added some zzzz’s and also possibly add the text inside the bubbles would help get the idea across. You could also make them look like thinking clouds. I like the font because it helps with the feeling of sleep, though I’m not sure what kind of font this is. If this comp had these elements, it would be my favorite…
